"I'm so happy with Robert's work, work ethic, communication and attention to detail that I'll be hiring him for additional projects. Robert patched the bathroom subfloor and spackled many rooms in the house that showed cracking due to settling or water damage (around windows). In addition, he replaced a toilet, hung a heavy mirror, and replaced bathroom lights. All of this was done with care.
