After talking to Eric I had the feeling that he was somebody I could work with and boy was I right. Eric and his crew got to work, analyzing the problem and explained to me what was needed to be fixed. My issues did take a couple of visits to get the work done correctly but they showed up as scheduled, did the work. In the process, the stump grinder ate up part of our sprinkler system, and despite our best efforts, we couldn’t figure out how to piece it back together. Sam came out within 2 days of our call, and worked 2 days to find and repair the problem. We now might be able to salvage our slowly dying grass that looks and feels more like hay currently! :) Sam has earned our business going forward!"
