That said, the company has many positive attributes: 1) communication is solid 2) attitude is positive and professional 3) final workmanship very high 4) pricing very reasonable 5) overall demeanor is friendly and flexible which is what we wanted. They agreed to pay me for my time (as long as I removed the review) after I collected more than 50 roofing nails from around my property and in my gutters, and also sharp metal flashing in the yard. They also destroyed most of the gutter guards that according to the contract, were supposed to be taken off and saved. Most were ruined after being ripped off, not unscrewed. I found them in the dumpster. I contacted them a month ago as my basement has flooded a few times, most recently with the rain in March. The shingles come over the gutters 3 inches in most spots.
