"I had a virtual phone appointment with Ben Liebenow on July 14, 2022. He never called. Their dispatcher sent me an email indicating he got busy and would call the following day. He didn't call that day either. A week later, I requested a quote through Roof Maxx website and unfortunately his firm was selected to quote. He called me, left a VM, never acknowledged he stood me up July 14th, but wanted to talk. I called back the following day, he was busy and said he'd call me within an hour. Didn't call back until 6 hours later, left a VM, still not acknowledging he screwed up, again, by not keeping his word and calling within an hour, but left a message to call him back.
