Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. "Tim also does not give his direct number getting a hold of him you have to leave a message on his answering machine and he calls you back later in the evening. Kind of frustrating when you need to get a hold of him for concerns regarding work being done in your home and having to wait hours to hear back. Finally his standard number of coats for Poly (clear coat) is two. Most contractors do three by default. So his prices are generally cheaper than other contractors but if you want the extra protection make sure you keep that in mind when comparing prices."
