I went inside to grab my husband and when I got back out(less than 5 minutes later) the work was done and they were discussing pricing amongst themselves so it appears there was some grey area on pricing. Overall, they were friendly, fixed the problem, and were much appreciated- but pricing transparency should be worked on."

He also inspected and replaced the cold water pipe as well, which was not leaking but also was damaged. He was very professional and straightforward to work with. I feel confident the leaking pipe has been thoroughly dealt with."

Our water heater was leaking and they said it couldn’t be repaired and must be replaced. They were able to complete the job the same day and the service technicians were very friendly. The only issue is that it was quite a bit more expensive than I expected. We got a 40 gallon Bradford White Defender installed with a pressure pump and the total cost with tax was $2600. Labor was well over half of the total which seemed excessive, but we were in a pinch so we agreed. Everything else was great."
