"Rowland showed up 10 minutes early to do a walk around the house and explain what he would be doing. He took the time to explain the products he used and how the concentrate he uses is safe for pets (important for me). The whole process of cleaning my 2000sq ft house and a small 20x20 concrete patio took him about two hours. At the end he took me around the house to make sure I was satisfied. It was a night and day difference on the appearance of my house and patio. If you're on the fence if its worth it you should try it. I'll be requesting his services again future years."

"The job started with us needing someone to replace some siding on the chimney due to water leaking in behind the siding causing <br /> deterioration and paint peeling off of the siding. The job was relatively small and consequently we contacted several qualified contractors and they were not willing to even come and scope out our job. Somebody referred us to Maximus and when I called and <br /> talked to Eric, he was willing to take on the project even though it was relatively small. When he showed up to evaluate the situation and give an estimate for the job, he discovered that the cause of our problem was that we had a concrete cap around our chimneys that had cracked and separated and allowing water to seep in and deteriorate the trim boards and siding. We agreed to have him replace the siding and trim boards and to replace the chimney chase because his quote was very reasonable. During this same visit, I was asking him about the condition of the shingles on the roof because they had been in place for 20 years. They were showing signs of wear but he said they could last another year or two. I inquired as to the cost of him roofing the house too while he was doing the other jobs for us and that quote seemed very reasonable so I agreed to that job as well. He finished the total project today in less than a week and everything looks really good. He maintained the schedule that he promised and he was on site nearly every day to make sure things were running smooth. We will definitely call Maximus again when the need arises. <br />"

"I went to Angie's List online and contacted a couple of people who had high ratings to give me a quote via phone for the specific fencing I was needing. Mauricio, the owner, was extremely responsive and got back in touch with me the same day, gave me an accurate quote and we scheduled a time for him to come meet me at my home to further the discuss the project since he was, indeed, in my price range. He was here on time for our initial meet up and very detail oriented and took the time to listen to exactly what I was wanting with my new cedar fencing. Then, we scheduled the fence install for only about 1 week out and him and his team arrive on time, ready to go and had the fence completed within a half a day. The fence is straight as an arrow and looks fantastic! Exactly what I wanted it to look like and I'm so glad that I hired them to work for me. "Timely response to our inquiry as to whether they did that kind of work.  Daniel is precise and all went according to plan except the insullation provider gave us a fiberglass blower that was defective.  Dan exchanged it and brought back a different system and had the job completed within several hours of getting the new blower.  Everything was done that could possibly be done to keep the mess to a minimum.  Clean up was thorough and we are now ready for winter!  DB Doe It is a terrific business with which to do business.  This is our third project where they were involved and every time I am impressed by their price, quality craftsmanship, and cleanup!  I highly recommend DB Does It!"
