I found Thoroclene because of the high number of positive reviews they had already received and they did not disappoint. We had several puppy pet stains and a soda explosion in our new home. "We had Elegant Hardwood Floors remove the carpet from the front room and hallway and replace it with red oak flooring. They were a delight to work with through the whole process. Jen was very proactive and available for questions and clarifications, and worked hard to keep everything on track, removing the carpet and installing the base boards herself. Matt, the installer, is a true craftsman, and dedicating to doing things the right way, not the easy way. We ran into a problem near our fireplace where the previous owner had cut some corners that were not visible while covered with carpet. Matt came up with a solution that left the floor smooth and flat, with no blemishes. Dan, the sander/finisher, was equally professional and very careful to impact our daily lives as little as possible. I was very impressed with everyone from Elegant, and their dedication to installing a quality floor. It is a beautiful change to my home that will last for decades."
