"First tried to contact via angies list, after a few days called personally. The man here in the Greenville area, Brady Brannon, was prompt to the visit and professional. I received the quote a few days later via email and it consisted of 5 or 6 bullet points generally describing the work and 2-3 pages of legal disclaimers indemnifying them of anything not spelled out in the bullet points. The quote itself was in the middle of three quotes for the job. Because of the legalese and the general, not very specific, bullet points, i then proceeded to email Mr Brannon for clarifications. First email back clarified about half of my concerns and it took over a week. The second email to finish clarifying my concerns has yet to come back (been over a month as of this writing). I've already had someone else do the work. I can't speak to how good Certapro painters is, they might be great. But the legalese of their agreements, failure to match such with written detail of the job, and inability to respond or clarify (feels like a big corporation that can't spend much time on any particular customer), really discourages me from trying them again in the future."

"John was very easy to work with and communicated well. We wanted a particular cleaning products used and he used them.  It was easy to schedule the work and they came/left when they said that they would.   The decks were all painted with rollers and brushes.  The underside of the decks were sprayed - all techniques were done with care and everything was cleaned up when they left.  They protected everything that wasn't supposed to be painted.  We were happy with the entire process and it looks beautiful.  I would not hesitate to do business with them again.
