"I REALLY liked the salesperson that we bought it from. HE was excellent. When there was a glitch with our siding order, he came back out to check things out. HOWEVER, the guy who put up our siding was not real particular. He cut off our gutters when they were to be removed and re-hung. I AM pleased that the company replaced them without any hassle. The siding was over hanging the gables. It wasn't until we said something that he fixed it. That was the overall problem. Unless we caught a problem, it would have remained. While it might be our house itself, the siding installment is not what I'd consider "A". I don't think that I should be the one pointing out mistakes and getting them fixed. I think that they should have just been fixed. I'm glad that the guy was nice. But the end result was not installed like we had pictured."

He did the anticipated repairs and upgrades to improve roof drainage in problem areas. I needed to replace some damaged fascia boards and his crew worked around my need to access areas of my home during their work. They were diligent and cleaned up every night before they left. All in all they did a great job and listened to any concerns I had during the project. If I need any other roofing done on auxiliary structures I plan to give him a call. The only reason I gave him a B on punctuality is the job started a few days late due to weather and holidays. He did keep me informed however on the revised start date. I could set my alarm on when they showed up every day during the project."

Aspen came out the day I called them and gave me the best price of the bunch. Not to mention it came with a Lifetime warranty. "The provider requested OK from Choice Warranty and he was denied. It rained last night and rain came into my home. It could have been avoided if Choice had just approved what I requested. Now, the damage will be greater than necessary. I blame Choice home warranty for my home damage. Now it will cost mote than a simple tarp could have prevented until I could get money to repair roof. The provider was great and tried his best to get something done to my roof but Choice Warranty was horrible and no help. They get a "zero" from me"
