They were nice enough to come by and give us an estimate very early on a rainy morning since it was the only time we could see them. We liked it that they have three kinds of gutters to choose from, and they showed us pictures of each. Their "Gutter Helmet" was just the type of gutter we wanted since we've always had a big problem with seedlings, leaves, and twigs clogging our gutters. "Professional outfit.  They inspected the house and issued a quote promptly.  The quote was detailed and complete, the price was excellent and the quality of products being quoted were highly rated by Consumer's Report.  I contacted them and asked for a few alterations to improve the quality of the job.  The second quote was produced promptly and with only minimal upcharges for the changes that I requested.  They started the job within the time frame agreed upon.  They tore off the old roof and re-installed the new roof in a single day, despite some weather challenges.  The quality of the work was excellent.  The staff was friendly, they took extra care not to damage the property or shrubbery and they thoroughly cleaned up after the job.  From what I observed the staff is efficient and everyone had a task and knew what to do.  The owner Jesse Raynor was on site supervising and participating in the work the entire time.
