We do free at home site visits bringing brochures, paint samples, vinyl siding samples, and roof shingle samples. If you want to visit us at our shop we have almost an acre of outdoor displays. No appointment is needed. Outdoor Home Center is open 7 days a week too. We are a small company with two owners. We both share the duties of the free estimates at your home and we are also on site when building your shed or gazebo. Please note that we are being requested to assist in building sheds from big box companies. We will not provide this service. We build with our own materials and provide our own warranties.

Why screened porches you might ask? Because it is an area where you can enjoy the beautiful view of your backyard. It's an opportunity to enjoy the nature and the beautiful weather in Virginia. The background story of the company: Isaac Camacho who is the founder of the company, who has been working on the field for over 25+ years. We make sure our customers are happy and comfortable throughout the process and all of their concerns or questions will be answered right away.
"DO NOT use this company. I went through Lowes to have a composite deck built. Working with them was an absolute nightmare. It took them 3 months to even START the job. I discovered the reason for the delay is because when they filed the permit (which took them 6 weeks to do), the contractor's license was expired. It then took them another 5 weeks to update their license in order to get the permit. They ordered and installed a completely differently railing style than what was on the contract/design, then blamed me for the mistake. Rather than ordering a new product, they cut the existing one to make it work. I am now 9 months post project, and the railing has warped, the deck is sloped, and the overall quality is horrible. Worst of all, turns out they NEVER GOT IT INSPECTED! I learned that Lowes had to fire them due to MULTIPLE issues with the company. I am thankful I have Lowes to help rectify the issues, but if i didn't, I would be pursuing legal action against them!"

Their license # 2705166476 that they were operating under has been REVOKED as of May 2024. You can check this for yourself by going to the Virginia state website [*** Link removed ***] and entering the License # 2705166476. Yes, the name on the VA state website is different but they were operating externally as Prime Custom. As proof, I have attached a picture of the contract which shows the above License # , and Prime Custom's name. They are now operating under a different license # 2705173804 which I find highly unethical. I have already filed a complaint with the Virginia Department of Professional and Occupational Regulation and they will investigate if any laws were broken. Before considering doing business with Prime Custom, or any other contractor, please ensure that you look up their license number on the above Virginia State website. Summary of my experience: - Bathroom: The shower has developed a major leak which is going through the bathroom floor into the lower level. See pictures. I am contracting with another company to fix, which is going to cost thousands of dollars. Kitchen - It failed gas and safety inspections multiple times. To this day, I am concerned about the structural integrity of the load bearing wall in the kitchen and am contracting with another company to fix.
