"The main job was to repair chips in our granite counters. But we also requested that the contractor round the corners of the counters, recaulk around the edges of under mounted sink, and reseal the counters. The overall quality of work was good, especially the repair of chips in the granite counters. The price was on the high side but generally we are pleased with the results. I do recommend that you ask for a written copy of work to be done to avoid misunderstanding."

"Very well. A Sir Grout rep made a preparatory visit during which we received a clear explanation of what needed to be done. The technician arrived on-time, was very personable and clear in explaining what he would do. The bathtub was a tough job because of the decades-old layers of caulk and grout. But, he cleaned it all out and thoroughly installed a mold-resistant caulk that looks good and should give us the protection we need. The caulking jobs in the shower and the kitchen look neat and clean and, again, should provide the protection we need."
