"<p>Water was remaining in our dishwasher so I called Budget Appliance after seeing many positive reviews on Angie's list.  They said they would be out the next day between 9-11 o'clock.  At 10:45 I received a call saying he was running a little late but would be here within 30 minutes.  </p> As soon as Dan arrived he asked if we had installed a new garbage disposal recently.  I told him we had.  He knew the problem was a plug that we had neglected to remove from the garbage disposal that was making the water remain in the dishwasher.  He quickly dislodged the plug and tested the dishwasher.  It worked perfectly.  He didn't charge for labor only the cost of driving out and apologized for having to charge at all.  We also had a stove element that was not working and he gave me an estimate and what information I needed to provide if we decided to have the stove repair in the future.  He was very professional and knowledgeable.  I would definately call this company for any appliance repair in the future.  We will be able to trust them with an honest estimate and quality repair. <br />"
