Including painting and installing vinyl luxury flooring in 2 rooms, installing a storm door, weeding & mulching, fence post repair for privacy fence; removal of split rail fence and install of no maintenance picket fence, installing of outside Christmas lights, and install of insulation and pegboard walls in garage. He was very good about communicating on the jobs. He showed up when he said he would and would text if there was a delay. After the various jobs were completed, he followed up to make sure I was satisfied. I have referred him to friends who were also pleased- he installed a privacy fence for them."

"The tile work. electrical, and drywall was in turn subcontracted to subs of his recommendation.  The work he completed was professional grade, Mitch is a perfectionist, and a tool nut.  He loves his tools and uses them to great advantage.  He made new upper cabinets, raised panel, and an arch to connect, then put crown molding to top off everything.  Both bathrooms turned out twice as nice as I expected, but also cost more than I had hoped, but that was not his fault, the tile work was 50% of the job, but was worth it in the end.
I would definitely use him again, and plan to do so when the kitchen is remodeled.  There are two thing I would ask him to do differently.  The first is to manage the subs.  Although he brought in great subs in, it was not clear if he was acting as a general contractor, or not, and left details of working with the subs to me (sometimes), which caused some confusion.  The second is that he work from a fixed bid.  He came in on a variable time and material bid, but when he went over his estimate, he agreed to change to a fixed bid for the remainder of the work so it was not an open ended job, that was very nice.  He ended up eating some of the cost as things always happen that are not anticipated, then there has to be some negotiating as to who should cover those costs.  Mitch was always honest and fair in those negotiations, and we are very happy with the final outcome."

JD is quick to get a quote for the job back to me. JD keeps the communication open as far as always texting to let me know when he will be coming over to work and the status of materials coming in. JD’s work is great, he is detail oriented and doesn’t cut corners. Most importantly, he is dependable with showing up when he says he will."

"It was a rainy Monday, but the company arrived at our home at 8am and waited out the weather.  They walked around the house with my husband and me to note any landscaping that was particularly fragile. (roses, hostas, mums and lilies).  The supplies had already been delivered so the crew got to work.   I didn't know what to expect with noise and mess and although there was plenty of both, the crew was very professional and efficient in their  efforts.    It took about 10 hours from start to finish and with only one rotten board to be replaced.   This was the first roof replacement I have experienced and this company did it right!  The owner was on sight numerous times to ensure everything was going well.  He answered my countless questions and explained what would happen from beginning to end.   I was quite concerned that the crew would never be able to pick up the zillions of roofing pieces, nails, shingles, etc.  However, there was not a scrap of material or nail in sight after they were finished.  They even cleaned out the gutters and the garage!  I would highly recommend Seamless Restoration for a new roof or repair.  They are professional, courteous, efficient and neat.  Extra stars to the employees for stopping to meet our dog who had to inspect everything, snoop in their lunchboxes and insist on being petted.

"Bathroom and door installation went well. Contractor was working multiple jobs at different locations, so job at my home took longer than necessary. Very good workmanship, particularly on tub and tile installation.

"He provided a quick and painless estimate; didn't try to sell me anything more than what I was asking for. Price was exactly where I thought and wanted it to be. The job took three painters three days to scrape, paint two coats and clean up. The window sashes were all showing signs of water damage (condensation and failed weather stripping); the door was also peeling and a horrible shade of pink...yes pink. He helped pick the shade of white for the windows and also helped pick out the color of the front door. We (us not them) ended up picking out a shade of red/orange for the front door that was too vibrant/bright and he offered to come back after the weekend to put another couple of coats on using a toned-down shade. He didn't ask for a change of scope even after I offered. Madisen Paint came highly recommended by Angie's list and I am very happy with their work. They did a good job painting, the price was very reasonable and they accommodated us. We will definitely consider using them to paint the vaulted living room and foyer.
