"I told Mike, the day they finished renovating my home, that I would give him a FIVE STAR review for the outstanding work his company did on my home. This experience with RH & MS was an extremely positive experience. I hired them to renovate my home after Barry flooded the total ground floor of my 1200 sq. foot home. Several HomeAdvisor contractors gave me quotes on the job. RH & MS was not the lowest, but, the attention to detail in the initial walk thru separated them from the other contractors. They quickly worked to totally gut the house and re-mediate the floors, wall and insulation to prevent the growth of mold. They did an excellent job of replacing sheet rock, insulation, and painting. I was impressed by how the punctual and friendly crew cleaned up after every work day. Mike said it would take about three months and they finished one week shy of three months. I would highly recommend RH & MS General contractors with out reservation."

"Samuel is extremely competent, timely, responsive, and transparent. Unfortunately, we had a roof installed a few years ago by a company who cut corners, and STMZ came to repair two separate leaks in the “new” roof. He documented every step of the process with photos, and explained what he was doing. (Most contractors, in my experience, do not take the time to explain the process to you!) I highly recommend his services, and if we ever need to replace the roof, STMZ will be the company we will call."

"My husband and I were blown away by how fast and perfectly the fence and gates were installed!!! We had 250 feet of pine wood fence installed with 3 gates. I was not specific on any details like; wood posts, pressure treated pine, direction of opening gates, the Reyes brothers did everything as if they were doing it for their own family. They didn't cut ANY corners and from start to finish took 48 HOURS!!!! We couldn't be more pleased with our fence! Well worth every penny.! We will and are using them again for other projects!!!"

"Mr.  Zeringue first arrived to provide me with an at home free estimate, just as advertised. He was dressed professionally and was very thorough and well spoken. I immediately felt comfortable with the knowledge he had about my project. After discussing what would take place during construction we set a date to start within two days!! During construction Mr. Zeringue and his helpers were prompt, worked quickly and efficiently, and most of all they were very clean. I mean to tell  you spotless!! "I asked for certain things to be done such as dusting and cleaning base boards, kitchen cabinets and counter top appliance, inside doors to rooms and dusting furniture after looking around futher the day after. I realized only about 75% of what I requested was not completed fully. I even paid extra for these things. I'm not upset with the company only with myself for not seeing these issues sooner. So next time I'll be looking into other company's."
