Usually, they would drill into the blocks and fill them with pesticide foam. After drilling into all the blocks, the technician determined that all of them were filled with concrete, which was actually ideal, but seldom done. The cost of the job was initially quoted to us at $850.00, which we agreed to, but since he did not have to fill the concrete blocks, he informed us that he would only be charging us $700.00, for the job.
