"When I called, they were busy but said that they would try to fit us in that day and if not they would be there first thing in the morning.  A couple of hours later, they called and stated that they had an opening.  They came in and worked getting everything opened up.  It was hire then I liked, but the price is understandable with working on two main lines and having to put through almost 100 ft of snake. <br />"

"The visit went well they are kind and went to work immediately. They took al measures possible to ensure that they would not get the house dirty, which they made very obvious through the use of gloves and booties when they were upstairs. The clog was 150 feet into the pipe at an elbow and even though they broke 400 Dollars worth Of cable they kept trying to get the clog. They ended up braking the cable in the pipe due to the decreped condition of my pipes. At 1:30 am we called it a night for the next three days they heroically fought to retrieve the cable without digging in the lawn or driveway. On the third day they succeeded by going deep into the city sewer to retrieve the auger and saved my drive way, and me. I though the worst, as in my bill would be astronomical. Nope, the owner of this fairly large company called me personally and we worked out a price. He charged me for the original call only what a great end to a horrifying problem they fixed everything. "<p>A pipe from the sump pump was leaking and I phoned Turney late Thursday afternoon to request service. They were not able to send someone out until the following Wednesday. On the Tuesday before their scheduled arrival, the pipe burst. I phoned them immediately and they sent Joshua and a helper out right away. They replaced the pipe. At that time we discussed replacing the sump pump but decided not to as it seemed to be working properly. There was no pressure to purchase a pump.The cost for this service (replacing the sump pump pipe and regulator valve) was $94.87.<br /> </p> Unfortunately, a few weeks later on a Sunday, the sump pump developed problems, e.g. would not quit running. Because of impending storms that day, I decided to go ahead and have the sump pump replaced then even though the charge would be time and a half for labor on Sunday. Jim Turney came out promptly at the prearranged time and replaced the sump pump. He said he would arrange to have the pipe affixed more securely to the wall during the week. Turney phoned and sent Josh to complete the repair. <br /> Josh came and did an excellent job of securing the discharge pipe to the wall. (He did what the contractor should have done in the first place.) The cost for these services (mainly replacing the sump pump and securing the discharge pipe) was $392.09 which included the extra fee for after hours service call and labor. Labor has a one year warranty. Parts are probably warranted according to the manufacturer. <br /> I was very impressed with the quality of the service I received from both Josh and Jim. They were knowledgeable, came when they said they would, answered the questions that I had, and cleaned up after the job was finished. They were also friendly, helpful, and courteous. <br /> If problems arise in the future, I would contact Turney again. <br />"
