He let us know they could do the job on the spot, contact them later or not at all. We opted to have the job completed immediately at what we thought was a reasonable cost. Lane at Maurer Masonry took a more comprehensive approach to address our leaks. Beside needed tuck point, he had concerns about the flashing and other roofing issues around the chimney. After consulting Carlson roofing, he showed us photos of our chimney and flashings and recommended tuck-point and fixing several roofing related problems to stop the leak.
