"We didn't get them through Angie's List, they used to be General Heating and that is who we bought the equipment from. We have been generally pleased with them. We have a contract with them. they come out and they do the service twice a year. The cost is like $260 and they come out twice a year. They are good about putting stuff on their shoes when they come in. They don't try to push too much on you like you want this extended contract. Last time he was here, he thinks that we are going to need a new heating system because some of the noises and stuff but he doesn't recommend getting it until it completely blows as opposed to someone trying to force a new thing on you."

Since we had a cash offer, the work needed completed immediately. Since we had Good's Plumbing recently do the AC in this house, I had called them again and explained my dilemma. Chad Good had come out right away to give me an idea of how long it might take and the cost. They started work soon after and I was amazed that they were able to complete such a lengthy list of repairs in such a short amount of time! I was thrilled, after their camera inspection, that the sewer line was able to be sleeved instead of dug up especially since it was an omnistone driveway!
