"Trevor and his crew had come and scoped the job giving us an estimate. After we agreed they were chosen to the work, we were given a starting date. The crew showed up on time and worked for two and a half days to prepare the area for the patio extension and build a beautiful retaining wall for the area that set back into the hill. The stairs to the front door were replaced with newly constructed rebar and structural elements that will last for many more years than the original stair that only lasted 24 years. The new stairs now match the full width of the front porch which now looks much more symmetrical. The pad leading up to the stairs was enlarged and lengthened. They came back on the third day and the concrete was poured and finished. When they finished the work they made sure they cleaned up the job site and left everything as it was before. Trevor and his crew did an excellent job and we are so happy with how the job turned out and we highly recommend them for any work you may need completed."

"They were prompt and completed the job timely in April 2017. We then had the driveway professionally sealed in June 2017 as they recommended. The problem is the concrete is now badly scaling. I called them twice to explain the situation and they said they would send someone to look at the problem. It's been over two months and no one has contacted me and no one ever came to see the condition of the concrete. I also sent an email to Omnipro through this site one month ago, and again no one responded. Very disappointed. I will only hire them for future work if they will demonstrate appropriate follow-up and resolution."

"I intentionally waited for over a month to make sure the review was reflective of the work provided.    I was very pleased with the installation and felt the crew lead by Mike did an excellent job.   The crew was able to complete the job one day which was better than I expected.    The only surprise was in the scheduling.   Originally I was told about a 4-6 week backlog.   As things turned out, I received a call after a week because they had a cancellation and asked if they could do my house then.    That was a pleasant surprise for me!   Luckily I was able to take advantage of it.
Overall, I thought it was a quality job at a fair price and would have no problem recommending them to to anyone in need of such services.   I had numerous questions for Jim when he came out to do the estimate and for Mike & crew when they were performing the work.   I received honest answers and a good education on the process.

"Simply put, Bob (the owner) and his crew were awesome in every measurable way. They score a 100 points on a 10-point scale as far as we are concerned. To begin with, Bob responded to my voice-message within an hour or so...he visited the project location the next day, and provided his written quote within 2 business days. Bob also maintained communication during the period from my initial call to the morning that the work began. Based on DELL'AQUILA PLASTERING's current workload at the time, a tentative date less than 2 weeks out was agreed upon, subject to us completing other work (wiring, plumbing, etc). Bob maintained excellent communication, and called to confirm the start date and arrival time. Bob and his team arrived at 8:30am as promised. Once the drop-cloths were installed from the entrance to the bathroom by the workers, there was a continuous flow as the work moved right along. The project was completed on time and under the budgeted estimate (WOW!). Cleanup was exceptional, as there was nothing that would indicate that a sheet-rock and plaster project had just been completed. "We built a beautiful 3 stall 1.5 story detached garage but held off on installing a driveway for sometime. When we only had a gravel drive, our garage would flood during any significant rainfall as the ground slopes toward the garage.  To solve this issue, in addition to proper grading and sloping of the concrete, Mike and his crew installed a trench drain with heavy metal grates outside each stall.  This solved all of our water issues!  The driveway is beautiful and he even took care to make the concrete thicker near the road to accommodate the garbage truck that occasionally pulls onto the driveway a bit to pick up our trash.  The project was completed in a professional and timely manner.  I'm especially particular about cleanliness and the crew was great about cleaning up after themselves.   Everyone involved was pleasant to deal with.  Mike is great about answering questions and explaining things.  He even offered solutions for keeping leaves from clogging my drains! It was great to have a solid driveway to make snow removal easier this winter, and despite the crazy weather we had, the driveway still looks great.  We will not hesitate to call on Westmoreland Concrete Construction for any additional projects.
