This occurs regularly and creates a major inconvenience, as I?m often forced to rearrange my own schedule. Several years ago, they installed a tankless water heater that has caused ongoing issues. Despite multiple service visits, they were never able to properly diagnose or fix the problem. The situation has been disappointing from the start, and I regret choosing them for this installation. Unfortunately, I?ve had to continue using them because of an existing warranty, which makes the maintenance somewhat more affordable. However, the poor service and unreliability make even that a frustrating trade-off. Overall, Tucker Hill Plumbing has been unreliable. I would not recommend them based on my experience."
