Thatâ s when I encountered Guardian Garage Floors of Phoenix and their four-step process that uses Polyaspartic Polyurea rather than epoxy. A material that is many times stronger and much more attractive in overall appearance. Process: In my 70+ years I have never enjoyed working with a business more than I have the team from Guardian Garage Floors (office located in Tempe, Arizona). From the in-home consultation with Jon, to questions getting answered and the process scheduled with office staff Audrey and Megan, to the outstanding application and attention to detail work performed by Bryce and Jeff.
