"WORST COMPANY EVER! We had Action conduct an inspection on the house that my mom was interested in buying. The guy that came out found only ONE tube. We weighed the pros and cons of the house and ultimately decided to buy it thinking that one tube was not significant. Once she closed on the house we hired a different company to come out and do a termite treatment. They found evidence of termites in TWENTY FOUR places, all around the house inside and out! The guy even showed me holes in the walls of the bedrooms where the termites had been coming through. He called the infestation "a doozy of an infestation" and said that he would even rate it moderate to severe! We are baffled how these could have all gone unnoticed by Action Termite Co. Now my mom has to live in a home that is completely infested with termites, and who knows how much damage has been caused in the walls. It's unbelievably unfair, and I blame it all on Action for ruining this new home for all of us."

"To whom it may concern at Green Mango, Calling your company has been so unpleasant! I don’t need to hear your marketing messages... nor the clicking musak when on hold... I was trying to return the call to Jessica... who left a voicemail to call her and press extension 5; but, when calling your number, (480) 717-8174, there is NO option for extension 5! I finally reached Jessica after being disconnected once and on-hold for 35 minutes! My experience of Jessica, an alleged manager, was that she was concerned about her personal family issues and should not have been at work. She did a lousy job of addressing my concerns, interrupting me, antagonizing me, repeating what “should” be, even though I was trying to tell her that what she said “should have been done” wasn’t what had been done. In my opinion, she never addressed my concerns and kept deflecting responsibility to IT or something or someone else. I also don’t need your company to offer a “free termite inspection” only to try and upsell me more of your services and use scare tactics, saying there is activity when there isn’t!!! Shame on you for that! I believe you have overcharged me and I ask for a refund. On 11/21/2023, you charged me $712.50 for the lot size of 12,000 sq. ft; but you NEVER sprayed the lot nor near the fences; I observed you spraying only around the 1,954 sq. ft. house, never on the rest of the lot for which you charged me! Finally, my prepaid contract ends November 21, 2024. Jessica told me I was scheduled for a last treatment on November 11, 2024. Since I paid up until November 21, 2024, do service my property until the end of my prepaid contract November 21, 2024. THEN, do cancel my contract. I am NOT renewing service with your company or your new owner. I have been stressed out and disappointed with your customer service, and with your alleged “free termite inspection” that was an excuse to upsell and a tactic to scare. The only thing I have appreciated is the Technicians (other than your alleged termite specialist) who have actually serviced my property—they were courteous and responsive. Owner"

"Calvin was who called me back and he said in order for them to come out and give me a service I would have to sign an agreement that I would continue with them for a year. When I asked what happens if I'm not happy with the job, Calvin said it would be no problem to discontinue. Well, I wan't happy with the job, though the tech that came out to service our home was very nice and professional. However, it did not take care of my pest problem so after 2 tries I cancelled. Now they are saying I have to pay a disconnect fee per the agreement. I told them what I was told and all they would say is "I apologize." Clearly this is a rehearsed line that they've told others. I would have to say that this is a dishonest company. Saying what it takes to get the job and then holding you responsible for their poor work. I am a bit cautious to say the least to go with Angies again if this is whom they are recommending."

"I found Paul and his team through Angi’s list and I was so happy I kept shopping around because the previous companies seemed to be a little more money hungry instead of being more personable. He took the time on our call and in person to educate me, reassure me, and answer any questions that I had. He explained his first visit in depth details as well as his follow up visit in depth details. He was patient and kind and I will be using them going forward for our current issue and monthly services to prevent any new friends that decide they want to try and move in lol"
