"They arrived at 6:13am. By 6:20am, they had people on the roof. By 5:20pm they had removed 2 layers of old shingles, cleaned up and repaired the deck, refelted, reshingled and cleaned up. And by cleaned up, I mean I haven't even found one errant nail in the lawn or driveway. Other than the new roof, you can't even tell they were here. Oh, and it was 103° in the shade here today. Add that they came in below my insurance estimate by over $1,000. A big win all around. Bravo guys, and thanks! Welcome to my short list!"

They fell about two weeks behind their forecasted schedule, apparently because of the missed measurements and because their fabrication shop was very busy, and wasn't able to produce the trim for our chimney flashing and some other specialty pieces on time. The only complaint that I would have is that we have ornamental bushes around the house that suffered some damage with materials, like the old shingles and flashing, that were thrown off of the roof."
