"My wife and I are extremely impressed and happy with our bathtub/shower to step-in shower only conversion. Dreamstyle Remodeling was not the lowest price offer we received but my wife and I were very pleased with the consultant, Luis Cardoza. He took the time to show us all the options, Luis even came back a second time after we entertained several offers. We decided to go with Dreamstyle because of the selection and Luis’ professionalism! We were given a 10–14-week timeline for installation. We were extremely surprised to get a call on a Friday while we were on vacation that our material was ready at the 10-week mark and the company could install on Monday! We actually asked to wait an extra day until we came back from Vacation. Our installers were Josue Munoz and Kenzie Odle. The project manager was Jose Alvarez. They did a remarkable job and went above and beyond on their workmanship. Jose showed us that the wall behind the old tub/shower was in excellent condition and kept us updated on the progress. The team was extremely polite, helpful and professional. They asked us whenever a decision was needed. In fact, Kenzie was extremely helpful in the placement of fixtures, handles and the shower caddy! The job would have been completed in one day but there a part was discovered damaged when removed from the shipping box. Josue came back the next morning with a replacement part to complete the installation. You could tell Josue really cares about his work because he apologized several times for something that was out of his control. The team completely cleaned up after they were done and fully explained how to use the new fixtures. We love our step-in shower and highly recommend this company!"

"My mother has been ignored by Tom & Jason Booth as well as a gentleman named Grayson. We had a bad storm months ago and one of the beams came completely off (screws were not secured) and they keep telling her oh we will come fix it and then go silent! Called numerous times and no answer to reply. Honor your warranty and help my mother out!! Will never buy from them again even after suggesting to all my friends. I’ll be calling my friends to take back statements as these guys don’t care about their customers the way we thought they did."

"Mark and his team were wonderful. I had a run in with an unprofessional contractor that I fired after they started hanging drywall. I called Mark Kelso and explained to him that I was now in a tight spot. He was able to remedy the prior work and pick up where they left off without any issues. I made sure Mark knew how anxious I was after the first contractor and he assured me that my anxieties were warranted and he would hope to change that. My need were definitely met and I plan to work with Kelso again."
