I submitted an inquiry one night about a roof leak and got a call within minutes asking for details and got scheduled for the morning after. Josh came out and we hopped on the roof together to look at the vent causing issues. He showed me how it was installed wrong by showing me exactly what the issue was as well as walking the whole roof with me and pointing out various vent installation and shingle issues. "Chase from Excel Renovation was great to work with regarding our residential garage roof leak. He was very personable and there was excellent/ professional communication in talking through the potential issue and then scheduling a time to meet. Chase ended up starting with a simpler repair approach first, re-fastening and re-sealing a roof flashing, which we agreed was the right thing to do for our type of roof leak (very small leak) and for this cold time of year (late Nov). He was very honest in what he thought was the likely issue and digging deeper right away in our case, instead of just resealing and testing first, may cause more harm than good. He would not take any money for the repair…I tried though. :-) He said to keep an eye on it during the upcoming rain and snow melt(s) and he could always dig deeper if needed in the spring, removing interior sheetrock and then applying water with a hose over suspected area on the roof. If you’re looking for an honest company that won’t steer you wrong, give these guys a call. I highly recommend this company and I would definitely work with them again!"

He then communicated with us as to the status of the project and what his communication looked like until our roof was approved for repair. "I highly recommend Customer First Contractors LLC for roof repair and replacement. Iâ ve owned several properties over the last 70 years and have had several roof repairs and replacements. From start to finish, Iâ ve never had better and more complete professional service than my experience with Customer First Contractors. After a winter snow storm with high winds that blew off some shingles, they responded to my call (on a weekend) and came out immediately to inspect. They determined areas that needed immediate attention to avoid leakage and performed temporary fix to get through the winter and roof could be replaced in spring, assuming insurance adjuster would agree with roof replacement. Ryan (from Customer First Contractors) met with the adjuster and handled all negotiations and communications with the adjuster and insurance company to have the roof replaced. Spring came, their courteous crew showed up and in two days the job was completed and the site cleaned up perfectly. Ryan was on site, communicating with me and their crew to insure satisfaction. When job was complete, Ryan inspected with me again to explain the work and insure my complete satisfaction. Iâ ve never been more satisfied or had a better professional experience.
