Steve listened to me, answered all my questions, understood the unique situation I was in with my roof and provided a fantastic solution that addressed my concerns, met my needs and gave me peace of mind; I was working with an experienced Contractor that understood construction/roofing and the whole insurance claim process. In addition, Steve, Nick and their crew are highly skilled and made some additional repairs while installing the new roof. "The entire roof was done in one day. I was satisfied with the workmanship. Except for the flashing around the chimney - which was subsequently redone w/o any hassle. The gutter covers (LEAFPROOF brand) were installed after the roof. I was concerned that they may not handle a large amount of rain, but we had a torrential downpour shortly after and they worked great! I should have had these installed years ago - no more cleaning out the gutters. Tyler came out and gave us some options and price ranges but never pressured us into anything. If anything, he suggested some cheap alternatives to patch potential problems! The price was under other estimates and fit our budget so we decided to replace the roof. Deciding to work with E-roof was easy and convenient. Tyler was super responsive and clear about the work window they had available. He was on-site multiple times to go over options and answer questions. The roofing team showed up early and was attentive to detail, replacing the needed boards and installing new vents and shingles to better protect our home. "This is the second time we hired J & B Roofing to work on our house. We had 35 year old deteriorated Masonite lap siding. The old siding was removed, a layer of insulation was installed, along with Tyvek House Wrap under the new siding. J & B Roofing supplied many color samples for us to select from. Our house has brick on the lower 1/3 of the front. We had J & B Roofing install vinyl siding that has the appearance of hand split shakes above the bricks to the soffit. We installed vinyl dutch lap siding on the sides and back of the house. The gable ends of the house & garage had the dutch lap installed at the same angle as the roof line. Ever challenge we presented to J & B Roofing was met with the response, "WE CAN DO IT". When the job was completed, once again the entire area was cleaned up of all debris. Whenever we need any repairs, they will be our first call to see if what we need done, they are able to do. We are very satisfied with them and highly recommend their services."

"Premiere Exteriors was recommended by a neighbor who was in a similar situation to us with the same insurer and (likely) similar shingle damage due to a hail event in August of 2019. Carey (co-owner) Responded quickly to out initial call and came out to look at the roof. He is super friendly and answered all of our questions. We started a claim with our insurer that day. MaryBeth (other co-owner) is just the kindest, most smiling, pleasant, helper, possibly in all of the roofing businesses in MN. Even when they were swamped with work she kept us informed and current with the status, next steps and rescheduling our roof replacement start date (weather related). Clay, the production manager knows his craft, is a skilled tradesperson himself and really helped inform us of how our roofing system works and why the various components work together. Clay oversaw our projects’ logistics and the roofing crew to help ensure details were not missed and the level of work performed would meet our expectations and it did. The roof looks great, the roofing crew did a pretty good job cleaning up after themselves and Clay did a completely separate clean-up using a rilling magnet to “find” many of the roofing nails still in the lawn (we have to kids and a dog that are always in the yard, so this was VERY appreciated). We are satisfied with our experience with Premiere Exteriors and would recommend them ESPECIALLY compared to some quite unpleasant stories we’ve read and heard about other roofing companies and their teams/employees."
