Steve listened to me, answered all my questions, understood the unique situation I was in with my roof and provided a fantastic solution that addressed my concerns, met my needs and gave me peace of mind; I was working with an experienced Contractor that understood construction/roofing and the whole insurance claim process. In addition, Steve, Nick and their crew are highly skilled and made some additional repairs while installing the new roof. A huge relief, I did not need to hire another contractor; they took care of it! The work was done exactly as explained and for the price quoted. "The entire roof was done in one day. I was satisfied with the workmanship. Except for the flashing around the chimney - which was subsequently redone w/o any hassle. The gutter covers (LEAFPROOF brand) were installed after the roof. I was concerned that they may not handle a large amount of rain, but we had a torrential downpour shortly after and they worked great! I should have had these installed years ago - no more cleaning out the gutters. "Excellent work! Having just bought a house we weren't sure how old the roof was but knew it needed something. Tyler came out and gave us some options and price ranges but never pressured us into anything. If anything, he suggested some cheap alternatives to patch potential problems! The price was under other estimates and fit our budget so we decided to replace the roof. Deciding to work with E-roof was easy and convenient. Tyler was super responsive and clear about the work window they had available. He was on-site multiple times to go over options and answer questions. The roofing team showed up early and was attentive to detail, replacing the needed boards and installing new vents and shingles to better protect our home. I would recommend working with e-roof, especially for anyone new to home projects as Tyler can walk you through the process but not push anything on you if you're not interested. "It couldn’t have gone better! The crew came tore off the old roof. After they got the old roof off a storm front came through. These guys were up on the roof with a giant tarp strapping it down makin it water tight and I never had a single leak. It’s a pity that it’s a flat roof because it’s truly a work of art and no one else can see it. I’m exceptionally pleased that they have offered to come back in the spring to make sure that everything is still OK. I only have one roof , but if I had another I wouldn’t think twice about hiring them again. They were easy to work with and really know their business."

"Premiere Exteriors was recommended by a neighbor who was in a similar situation to us with the same insurer and (likely) similar shingle damage due to a hail event in August of 2019. Carey (co-owner) Responded quickly to out initial call and came out to look at the roof. He is super friendly and answered all of our questions. We started a claim with our insurer that day. MaryBeth (other co-owner) is just the kindest, most smiling, pleasant, helper, possibly in all of the roofing businesses in MN. Even when they were swamped with work she kept us informed and current with the status, next steps and rescheduling our roof replacement start date (weather related). Clay, the production manager knows his craft, is a skilled tradesperson himself and really helped inform us of how our roofing system works and why the various components work together. Clay oversaw our projects’ logistics and the roofing crew to help ensure details were not missed and the level of work performed would meet our expectations and it did. The roof looks great, the roofing crew did a pretty good job cleaning up after themselves and Clay did a completely separate clean-up using a rilling magnet to “find” many of the roofing nails still in the lawn (we have to kids and a dog that are always in the yard, so this was VERY appreciated). We are satisfied with our experience with Premiere Exteriors and would recommend them ESPECIALLY compared to some quite unpleasant stories we’ve read and heard about other roofing companies and their teams/employees."
