"I would highly recommend Wright at Home! I never had to hire a contractor before the hail damage on 6/11/17. The only stressful part of the whole process was the hiring. My neighborhood in Blaine looked like an election year with all of the yard signs and flyers I didn't know who to go through. The only recommendation I got from my insurance agent or anyone else I talked to was to go with someone local. My co-worker showed me the Twin-Cities checkbook. I took three highly rated companies from there and compared to reviews that were in Angie's List and had them come out. The first two sales people that showed up didn't really give me much information. The last one I had an appt. was with Phil Kopesky from Wright at Home Services. He walked me through everything and called my insurance agent for the Intel report. My insurance adjuster already gave me an estimate and took a piece of my siding to see if he could find a match since only one side of my home and garage was damaged. Phil came back out a few days later with a piece of the “acceptable replacement siding” and installed it on one side of my home. The color didn’t match and the texture didn’t either. Phil took pictures and sent them to my insurance. My insurance reviewed them and approved to replace all of my siding instead of just one side. Phil came out a few days after that to show me my options for the roof and siding. I told him what I wanted and he had recommendations and pictures of houses he has done so I could see what it would look like. I made my selections and signed the contract at this time. They were able to get my roof and siding done earlier then what he originally said. My roof was done in a day (8/23/17) and my siding took two days (9/6-9/7/17). They cleaned up after themselves on each of the jobs and the dumpster was removed the day after. When they were working on the siding, Aaron the project manager called me about the light fixtures since they wouldn’t match the new color and brought up that my house numbers were looking worn. He said they could put the old ones back on if I wanted, or if I bought new ones they would install for me. Bottom-line: Phil the sales rep went the extra mile and helped me understand the process and started to work with my insurance agent from day one. The office staff was professional when they called to schedule my roof and siding. Both the office and Phil answered their phones every time that I called. Aaron the project manager made sure all the details were taken care of and called the day after to make sure I was happy with their work. My house and garage look wonderful! My neighbors have complimented on how nice it looks. I would hire again in a heart-beat!"
