"Excellent. We requested proposals from four contractors, all of whom were listed on Angie's List. SNS was the clear winner. Dan Shannon, the company owner, visited the house and understood exactly what we envisioned. He then submitted a very clear and concise proposal. SNS's actual performance lived up to our high expectations. All work was started as planned and completed slightly ahead of schedule. We now have two beautiful bathrooms. Dan has been doing this for 40 years and it showed. Dan was excellent at planning the work and then executing the plan. He was also critical at assisting us in selecting the right kind of tile for the job and recommending several improvements which saved money. Dan has a small crew of people that have been with SNS for several years. They are well trained and their craftsmanship was obvious. As one might image remodeling two bathrooms can be very disruptive to a household. SNS did a very good job of minimizing this disruption. The furniture was covered and drop clothes were laid down in all traffic areas. SNS showed up promptly each morning and worked a full day cleaning up after themselves at the end of day. The crew were all polite and easy to work with. Dan exhibited a can-do attitude and out-of-the-box thinking that resulted in a final product that was beautiful, functional, exceeded our expectations, and was completed at a reasonable cost. Working with Dan was extremely pleasurable. We would not hesitate to use SNS again."

"We worked with Adrian (owner of MAZ Contractor Services) on bathroom remodeling for both the master bath and guest bathroom. Both of the bathrooms were old and dated. It was a gut job and total renovation for the big bathroom, converting tub/shower combo to a walk-in shower. The second bathroom was remodeled on a budget (new granite countertop, new paint, new LVP flooring, new epoxy paint for the bathroom wall tile, new LED ceiling light). The final results from both bathrooms were BEAUTIFUL! They look high class with high quality finishes, great design and color scheme. We are very happy and satisfied with the remodeling and the price. These are the things that set Adrian and his company/crew apart from other construction groups out there: 1) Once they start the work, they come every day to work on it. If there is a waiting time (for custom countertop or seamless glass installation), they let us know clearly when and why. 2) Their work is high quality! The tile installation is extremely well done (my dad used to work in tiles so I know). And everything else is done at a high standard. 3) Adrian is on top of the project, organized, is great with communications. We felt very comfortable discussing design options with him and changes during the project. 4) Adrian and his crew kept the mess to a minimum during construction and were timely when they showed up for work. 5) Adrian and his crew can do other renovation or home improvement projects, so we asked them to do exterior repairs and painting. The house looks brand new outside! 6) Adrian is transparent about his prices. The estimate was reasonable, and as we kept adding more things to the project, the additional cost was reasonable. We finished 2 bathrooms remodeling and a complete exterior update seamlessly with Adrian and his crew. No delays, no drama, no hidden costs, no communication issues, no headaches. We know we found a trustworthy contractor in Adrian and his group. And we will use their services again in the future! We give him our highest recommendation!"

"I called maybe 20 providers who found reasons not to do it, until Mr. Halfon asked to send him a picture of the misplaced tiles. We agree fast on the phone and one of his men came to my house after only 2 days to do the work. He was efficient and very hard working. He even agree to go and buy grout to perfectly match the original colour. My floor looks perfect. In general, dealing with this company was very easy, faster than I expected and reasonable priced."

RT construction stayed in communication with me regarding what was being done and when each step would be completed. The workers showed professionalism the whole time. The only issue I had was that the Proj Mgr and Proj Coordinator apprently left the company in the middle of my job, which I was not informed of., and which caused some project delay. Will probably use them again if I have another major remodeling job."

"A step n'shower was installed in one 12 hour day. Installers were professional, worked to remove tub and then install an excellent step-in shower. Safety features were a special issue for me at age 82. When a question arose then following day, the installers returned that very day and checked on their work. The slight problem was not due to their installment and they advised me as to the next step. I am thoroughly satisfied."
