"I could not be happier with my choice. Shawn was professional, friendly, and knowlegable from first contact. He was not the cheapest nor the most expensive estimate I received to complete the work. His quote included more than the cheaper and more expensive estimates I had received. Once hired he began immediately and removed the trees from the house in the first day. It took a little time to complete the job but his concern was the ruin of a lawn in pristine condition. He waited for the ground to dry before starting the portion of the work that required heavy equipment. The lot is also on a very steep downward angle . I feel that he completed the job in a timely manner considering that the weather continued to work against him. Upon finishing he left the property in excellent condition. He removed the 7 foot diameter root ball as well so one would never know the wreck it all had been . The only tell tale sign is where he graded, seeded, and fertilized the portion on the yard where the trees had fallen and gouged the ground."

"I met the owner, Harlan and his designer Brian, late November or early December and we looked the property over. Several things I knew I wantred and pointed out some problem areas. Nothing could get done until spring so there was no hurry in design. a month or so later they came to me with a preliminary design and with ideas for the problem areas. We made some changes and modifications and they came back with final plans, materials list and cost. I thought the price was reasonable and gave them a 50% deposit. As soon as the weather broke they started work. The crew was cery experienced and knowledgable and did great work. After a few days I added more work without asking the price because I knew it would be fair and reasonable. It was. I couldn't be happier with the experience. "Overall, service was good. We needed gutter cleaning on our 2 story, 2500 sq ft home. A friend currently uses Atlanta's Best and recommended them to us. I got a quote online for $125, less a $20 discount for new customers. The crew had to reschedule our first appointment the day of due to getting delayed on a previous job, but their communication was good and kept us in the loop the whole time. The office rescheduled us and got a crew out within a week of the initial appointment. I wasn't home when the guys arrived, but I came home to not only clean gutters but a clean driveway, walkway, porch, etc.. They didn't just pull the crap out of the gutter and throw it all over the place which was nice. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking."

"The business representative met with me to look at the site when the snow was deep on the ground in late winter (March). He came back in early spring (April) to mark off the area with a white spray-on marker to show the area he thought the patio would work and the adjacent mulch areas and plantings. He gave a very general estimate and explained alternatives. His business did some landscape drawings with info on materials and then we came to an agreement on the scope of the project and price (most communication by e-mail). We met again to finalize plans. Work began about a week late because of extreme rain. Once it began it took about 1.5 weeks from delivery of materials to completed construction, and was completed by the date I originally indicated I needed the work done (May 21st). The workers were professional and friendly (team of 4). All damaged lawn (from heavy equipment) was repaired and based on my request they left some mulch for existing gardens and extra stone that was left over. The total cost was a little higher than an estimate from another contractor, but the quality and professionalism of the workers made it well worth the little extra. I could not have done better."
