"It went very well overall.  The men were courteous and proficient.  They were very careful to follow all the idiosyncrasies of our house to put in the soffit, and they solved a problem for a v-area of our room which was causing a great rush of water to overflow the gutters during rainstorms by adding a backsplash.  The windows and patio door were very nicely installed and framed.  We are very pleased.

I was very impressed by the care and attention to detail with which each task was done. He didn't do everything at once; he was at the house a number of times for a few hours each. "Fox Home was wonderful to work with and proposed creative solutions to many aspects of the work. Chris Fox was extremely patient with my constant questions & graciously considered all my unsolicited 'input'. Provided complete & thorough estimates & brainstormed w me ways to reduce costs. Guided me, but allowed me to make final decisions regarding purchase of fixtures, etc. Responded to and adjusted anything relating to my concerns w the work. ( I am a little disappointed in the quality of he paint job on some of the trim work, but they did their best, I think, to correct the issues without completely starting over on this aspect). Made good or corrected any mistakes or miscalculations made by their subcontractors (I was not pleased w the lighting subcontractor). Obviously committed to quality work and customer satisfaction. Total cost (approx 50,000) included custom cabinets and walnut hardwood throughout so could have been considerably less if I had made less expensive demands in that respect. Carefully went over any price adjustments along the way as well as at the end of the project before I paid. Project did take longer than anticipated as is often the case. I would hire Fox Home Innovations again in a skinny minute! 2 1/2 years later we still LOVE our new space!"

"Scott arrived shortly after the start of the time window, he quickly assessed the issue and started working. Quickly, he fixed both toilets and even cleaned up afterwards. There was a little water on the floor in one of the bathrooms, and Scott took the time to retrieve a shop vac and clear the floor. When he was done, he reviewed the repairs and we inspected both toilets to make sure I was happy that the issues had been addressed. Although this is the quality that I have come to expect from D and I (always excellent), it’s always nice when your expectations are met."

"I live in Vancouver, BC and the company is based in Houston, TX so a degree of trust is necessary before any order is placed. In my case the awning was sent via truck freight and a large metal-clad crate arrived, seemingly intact. Not immediately apparent when the goods were received was the fact that a fork lift had penetrated the base of the crate and crushed the canopy beyond repair. When I attempted to claim damage insurance from the shipper they sent out a damage inspector and I thought everything was on-track. To my amazement, the freight company declined responsibility for the damage and refused to pay any part of the claim. At this point James Threadgill of Classic Copper Works stepped in to offer a full replacement of the damaged item at no cost to me. I have now received the replacement item (this time sent by FedEx rather than the dodgy truck freight firm) and it is perfect. Classic Copper Works certainly did not make a profit on this transaction but they earned my respect. Thanks."
