They handled the project from beginning to end with excellent communication and service. Before they could begin work, the engineer had to draw up plans and Diggs had to get permits approved. Tim worked in lockstep with the engineer and me - he stayed in touch so that I always knew where we were in the process. The work itself took them less than a week, and they left my house standing stronger than ever. If you have a structural issue in your home, these are 1000% the guys to call. "My sewage ejector pump in basement would not stop running and I was looking to replace it. I texted Dean two pictures of the pump, he was able to give me a quote over text and the price was quite reasonable. He received a new pump on 5/22/2023 and came over to my house. After opening up the old pump and checking, he told me that the only thing that is really broken is the check valve, the switch got stuck but is still functioning, and the pump itself works fine. I ended up asking him to only replace the check valve and the switch and this saved me about $1000 from the original plan. I appreciate Dean's honesty, professionalism, and a job well done."
