"Work was begun on time and moved right along with the tub demolition which was no small task in very tight quarters. The original octagonal tile floor was in good enough shape, although cracked, to install the new tiles on top, saving yet more demolition but everything else had to go. The bathroom had never had an outlet so they were able to add that along with the new electrical fixture. <br />The only slight wrinkle was the fact that somehow a hickory nut fell into the tub drain and was very difficult to remove. We still have no idea how it got there but if that is the only issue in an old house remodel you're in really good shape! <br />The end product was very much what I had hoped for; meticulous tile work on shower and floor, rimless shower doors, wainscoting on the walls....reminded me of a posh European hotel. Well, a small one anyway."

"Mark is FANTASTIC!  We hired him first to remodel our master bath.  He relocated our shower and enlarged it. (fixing some water damage that he found in the process) He installed new tile floors in the bathroom and master closet.  He installed our new vanity and behind it, did a custom tile wall that I had decided on at the last minute! He installed all finishes, like sconces and the chandelier. He brought in some wonderful subcontractors for painting, electrical and plumbing.  <br>We were so thrilled with the job, that we hired him to fix our guest bathroom which a previous contractor had absolutely botched. It was a huge job to repair the mistakes, but in the end, we were once again totally pleased with the workmanship, the price and the detail that Mark Bracci brings to his work. <br>Mark also removed our carpeting in the master bedroom and living room, and the engineered hardwood in our kitchen and replaced it with hardwoods.   <br>All the projects turned out exactly as I had envisioned them, and were done within the schedule that was originally predicted. "Avery and Susan came to our house and repaired a severe crack and repainted our kitchen ceiling. You would never know there was such a severe crack. Also replaced the backdoor and the storm door. Beautiful job. They also made some repairs along the way. This included removing and old stove and repairing the electrical outlet and repairing a dutch door that was not installed correctly. Very good work."
