One referred me to Master Appliance Repair because he was booed solid for several days. I called and Paul, the owner, said he could be at my house the same afternoon. The tech came and replaced the valve in my 8-year old dishwasher. The dishwasher did not work after the new valve and we called Paul. He came late the same day after 5:00 and unhooked the stopper which had been lodged out of place--no charge. Paul was GREAT.
