I was impressed with his strength, stamina, tenacity, and cleverness. He needed to do careful and complex electrical work on two occasions. And he needed to put in a very long screw on a nearly 45 degree angle to attach the left side of the hood onto a thin part of the cabinet above it. I hope it holds over time."

"To be fair, the Appliance Installer guys did a great job on installing a new rigid duct for my dryer. However, I needed to have them come out a few more times to help fix the original problem which was that the dryer was not drying my clothes like it used to. They replaced at least one part that didn't actually need to be replaced and didn't fix the problem. In the end, I hired a Maytag certified repair person who finally properly diagnosed the drying problem and fixed it. It's just too bad that it took three different technicians and over $500 total to get the problem completely resolved."
