"I cannot praise this company enough! I found them through an online search and saw an ad on Facebook. I decided to call this company first because of the numerous, amazing reviews about them and they did not disappoint! When you call, the owner, Tracy, personally walks you through the entire process. He is very kind and gracious and cares about his customers and their satisfaction. We did a huge 3 basement clean out from living in our home for 18 years and saving too much. Tracy explained everything and even though embarrassed over all of our junk, he normalized it and made me feel unashamed. I received two reminder texts and was given a time by the pick up men when they would arrive. They arrived on time and even mentioned how much of the truck they feel would be filled and they were correct. They worked very hard, but efficiently. Everything was concisely packed to utilize the least amount of space to save us money. Zach and Justin were simply amazing and worked so quickly. They left my space immaculate! They also took old TVs and air conditioners, without a hidden or extra fee like some junk removal companies I read about. We are more than extremely satisfied and will recommend them to everyone and use again! Thank you Tracy, Zach, and Justin for decluttering our lives!!!"

"Beware of shipping issues with this company. Ordered an ice maker installation kit on 10/10/25. Shipping was due no later than 10/20 according to company and FedEx tracking. FedEx tracking showed the package at their facility for 8 days without moving beginning on 10/15. Called FedEx 3 times. Each time they said they cannot find package and I have to contact shipper. Shipper has to make a claim, they will not mark it as lost. Called Appliance Parts Pros twice. Each time they say FedEx has to mark package lost before they will do anything. They also state they have to wait 14 days from them before doing anything because of their contract with FedEx. I don't care about their contract, I want what was ordered and paid for. Just going in circles with them and FedEX. If they shipped after 14 days it would be 22 days from that point, 32 days from the date of order if they shipped it that day. There was a deadline for installing this part before tenants arrive. They did not care, would not m"

"Troy arrived within the time frame stated by his wife. His wife informed me that there was a $95 charge to arrive and $30 to make the repair, plus parts. He quickly assessed the problem. He called his parts source and then quoted me the price of the part. He left my home for the part and arrived approximately 1 hour later. He quickly installed the new part and checked the operation of the washer. Once convinced all was in working order, he provided me with and emailed, itemized bill. I was impressed enough to refer my daughter to call him for a refrigerator repair the next day, which he also efficiently repaired to my daughter's satisfaction."

"Marion did a very thorough job and was very professional. She pointed out that my blower motor capacitor was weak. I decided to replace it myself. After poking around I found there was another small capacitor connected to the draft inducer motor. I tested it and found it to be even weaker. I will be replacing that as well. She also found a couple other things that needed corrected as well which she did. That was gas inlet pressure was too low and the condesate drain line was partially plugged."

"This is the first online review I've ever written -- my experience with this company was that bad. Three aspects that deserve attention: 1) I placed an order and tried to cancel six minutes later. Turns out they don't accept cancellations. 2) I couldn't find a phone number, so I had to work the return/refund by email. The exchange was painful -- so unhelpful I felt like I was interacting with a bad chatbot. 3) I ended up eating shipping costs (expected) and got hit for a 50% restocking fee (unexpected) because I refused the package instead of paying to ship it back. Didn't matter that it went to the correct address, was clearly labeled, and had prior return authorization. So I ended up with a $21 refund on a $60 order, and a lesson learned about where not to buy appliance parts."
