"Update:  A senior supervisor called me the next day to explain to me their phone line has been having trouble due to constructions around the area, some phone lines got cut by the construction crew and customers have been having difficulties getting connected.  She was very courteous and offered to waive the service call fee and will call the plumber herself for me.   <br /> <br /> I've been waiting for the whole day, and still have not received a call from the alleged contractor, or any update from HSC.  So I tried to call HSC to see what is going on.  The first time I called, I was on hold for about 10 minutes, then something else came up, I had to leave my desk.  The second time I called, I was on hold for 25+minutes, until the line couldn't hold anymore and automatically hang up on me.  So the last time I called, I went with a different option tried to cancel my membership, and now I am told to wait until some special person to call me back to let me know if my cancellation request would be granted.  Seriously???"
