"Great experience from start to finish. I researched Angie's List and saw 911 Service Appliance Repair was top rated and would service anywhere in the local area, including Moncks Corner. I called and a very nice lady took down all the details and was able to get a technician out to us within 3 days. Tom called before coming and asked if he could come before our appointment time, which was great for us. He was extremely knowledgeable, diagnosed the problem quickly, and explained everything plus cost before proceeding. Apparently the drain was frozen over in the freezer cavity and clogged with debris. He cleared all that and installed a drain heater kit to prevent the problem from recurring. He was quick, very thorough, very professional, courteous,and cleaned up after the work. We were very happy with the services provided and will definitely call this company again if any other work is needed."
