"I can't believe how smoothly this repair went! Everyone at Falcone--the schedulers who arranged our estimate visit and the repair work, the foundation experts who repaired the porch, the finance people who explained the estimate and our final bill--every single one of them was helpful, prompt, courteous, and great at their jobs. The county inspector who reviewed the porch repair even made a point of telling us what high quality work the Falcone people had done for us! I would definitely call them again! If you're interested in our specific details, this repair was crucial to maintaining our house's structural integrity; since the screened-in porch is attached to the house, if it went down the hill, so would the back wall of the house! The foundation had cracked away from the main house and the slab was cracked and sliding apart at different angles. The men from Falcone excavated, cleaned, and prepped the job site, including washing the bottom section of the slab to promote bonding when the new concrete was poured. Then they poured a porch perimeter slab wall under the slab to stabilize the foundation. In addition, they installed a backer rod and applied concrete sealant to re-connect the porch foundation to house and prevent additional damage."

"He sealed my crawl space and installed a dehumidifier. He services it twice a year. Work is always very satisfactory."

"From start to finish, Michael and his crew were amazing. We were informed every step of the way. My father needed a large parking pad and sidewalk poured. The finished result is beyond our expectations."

"We are still awaiting HOA approval to begin installation but the customer service so far has been great"

"We had a low spot behind the guest house where water would collect from neighboring properties and eventually breach and flood the ground level. I had a number of contractors with all kinds of expensive options but they all seemed to me to be lacking. We brought Steve in and he was the 1st one that seemed to pull it all together. Steve and his crew showed up on time, completed the project on time and it works beautifully. We've had several soaking rains since they installed the piping and sump pump. The water is collected and sent to the street and our building is dry. Steve is creative and willing to get out of the box with his thinking about how to solve our fairly complex issues. I highly recommend talking with them for all your landscaping and water removal / management services. Thx Steve!!"

"The owner went above and beyond the normal hum-drum service. He clearly paid attention to details that would have been overlooked. Where he could improve on an area to keep the insulation in some pocketed under-insulated areas, there is where he over-delivered. Also included baffles, which other companies were charging extra for each one. We are extremely pleased, Thank You, Jason, and your crew member."

"I called Crawlspace Doctor and the representative came and inspected our space later that day. I had received a strong recommendation on this co. from a friend. Our National termite control company had told us we needed some remedial work. The Crawlspace rep quoted me a price that day which was about 1/2 of the termite company for the same general work scope. I said to go ahead. Completely satisfied with the service."

"Travis saved us a ton of money by giving us a straight answer on repairing the existing garage foundation versus tearing down and starting over with our detached garage. He certainly could have stood to make more money by just going with our original plan to repair the existing slab garage foundation, but he instead told us what he would do if it were his home. We really appreciate his honesty and will certainly hire CNT Foundations when we start over on this old garage!"

"Everyone we dealt with from Cantey Foundation Specialists were very professional, timely, and caring throughout the entire process from job estimate to the actual work done. While the work done did not bring all areas back completely to their original states, with the exception of one area, they were all pretty close. Realistically, It's very difficult to fix in two days what has taken place over a period of years. I am very satisfied with the job done. Grayson (job estimator) and Estevan (crew leader) were very helpful and great to work with through the entire process."
