"After having hosted an 80 person reunion, my house was very dirty and every pot, pan, skillet, platter, floor and surface needed to be cleaned. Gilma Alvarez did an excellent and thorough job cleaning my home from top to bottom. My floors are glistening, surfaces, ceilings clean and my home smells nice. I found Gilma to be a very kind, thoughtful person. She took initiative and is a hard worker and excellent cleaner. I highly recommend Gilma Alvarez’s House Cleaning."

"I had clogged downspouts with thunderstorms in the forecast. I called Gutters Plus and they were there within a couple of hours. They not only cleaned the gutters but they caulked a couple of leaks and replaced some fasteners. I will use them again!"

"Prompt very professional service excellent work preformed"

"The gentleman was very polite and I felt comfortable allowing him into my home."

"I hired K&B to do some interior painting in my home. This is a new company and they did a nice job, but there was room for improvement. Though they have some excellent painters, they are inexperienced; you need to be very clear (in writing) about your expectations and give frequent supervision. Be sure they know exactly what you expect to have painted, whether the trim and cupboards need painting, whether outlet covers need to be removed, and where they should clean their brushes. I truly want these young people to succeed, and I intended to give them a 4-star rating; but, after I paid them, I found a few places that needed fixing."
