"The technician, Tyler, prompt and showed up at the appointed time.  He even called ahead to let me know he was on his way.  It was hot as Hades outside that day and he performed an exterior pest control treatment and even removed spider webs that were on the outside of the house to help make the pest control treatment more effective.  That was an added bonus in my book as most technicians likely would have just sprayed the perimeter and left given that the temp outside was close to 100 degrees and the heat index had it feeling like 110 outside.  He took the extra step without prompting.  Moreover, since I have infants, he was courteous enough to not ring the doorbell and to softly knock so as to make sure he didn't wake the babies up in case they were sleeping.  That was huge in my book as I have had countless people not even pay attention to the note that is right next to the doorbell asking them to not ring it because of the babies.  Its the little things in my book!  Would definitely recommend Allgood Pest Solutions..."

"I pay them $86 a month all year long for all of their services. I had it competitively priced with Scott like the fire-ants, they're competitive. The guy that does all of our services but the mosquito service, Randy St. John, he's the technician that has our route or whatever and he's phenomenal. If I had to say, this is what I want as a consumer out of a pest control company, I couldn't add anything to what Randy does for us. He'd shoot a text to my wife when its time for our quarterly pest control. He doesn't call, he just use your free text, he schedules it with her. He's super nice. He always comes in and chit-chat to make sure we have no problem and then he just goes about his day. He does his stuff. He's usually here for about a half hour and super friendly. We had some ants in our kitchen, we have gone out of town for a few days and we haven't cleaned the kitchen out as well as we probably should have, no one was here. We came back, there were some ants in our kitchen, not a big deal, it was just a line of ants to some foods. We got home at 11 o'clock at night, I text Randy not thinking he would answer, just thinking he would see it in the morning. He saw it, I'll be there before 10 a.m. and he was here before 10 a.m. in the morning. Less than 10 hours from when I text him. I texted him in the middle of the night. He was here, killed the ants, came back later that day because the stuff he put in to kill the ants, he has to clean back-up. He came back later that day, cleaned it all up and was gone. He was apologetic that happened and he didn't do anything, we did it. We've had them for five years and we got a different technician one time. It was by design that they let us know that was going to happen. Every 24 months they rotate the technician just to let another technician see the other technician's route. I just shot Randy a text, I think I have something in my attic making a noise. I used them a few years ago, we have bats on the eaves of the house and they did a great job. I think I have a squirrel or something in my attic. He's great and funny. He's been in the pest removal business forever and he knew more about bats than I would ever care to know about bats. I've worked with large corporations before and we've tried to go with cheaper vendors to do things like pest control, the level of professionalism is different. I mean they always show up in a branded clean truck. They always have on clean using, always looking very sharp and they just always look impressive. When you think about it, they kill bugs but they're always professional and clean. Its just a good service."

They made sure I knew exactly what was going on and what they were going to do. Within 2 days, all bats were excluded. They also performed sanitation and remediation. "Although they had serviced our home very well for 16 years, their service took a down turn this year when the Exterminator who had serviced our home for those 16 years left the company. First, the company did not have the courtesy to let us know their had been a change in the person we expected in our home. What they said was "someone else is helping him catch up on his schedule". (Hence "fair" rating on "professionalism".) Second, his replacement, although punctual and friendly, was not familiar with the pest control techniques which had been used so successfully inside our home by his own company. Also his treatment of the "lawn" was confined to a few feet from the house. (Hence the "bad" rating on "quality" . . . we did not get the quality of service we had been paying for and expecting for 16 years.)"
