"Glass Doctor of Louisville improperly installed my windshield, then did thousands of dollars to my vehicle and just left. Glass Doctor mechanic James Hall came to reseal my windshield, and instead began working under the hood. When the mechanic could not find a problem under the hood, he suggested that I drive the vehicle, while he listened for the snapping noise that the windshield was making. After pulling onto the road, the hood flew up and hit the windshield, causing damage to the hood hinges. We stopped the vehicle, and the mechanic closed the hood, but the hood was lower closer to the windshield. The mechanic then bent both rear corners of the hood, damaging the hood with his hands. I talked with the owner of glass Doctor, Ron Schueneman, but he indicated that he was not at fault. I provided him photos of the damage, including of the improperly installed windshield. Glass Doctor stopped responding when I asked for their insurance company. AVOID Glass Doctor!"
