"Cesar's attention to detail and workmanship are incredible. We have worked with him over several years across two houses, including panting our entire interior, staining a deck and painting railings, repairing a wall after a leak from the floor above that bubbled behind the paint, and fixing a 14" square hole in a ceiling cut to investigate a (different) leak. Each time he was thorough, very considerate of protecting our home/furniture, and did exceptional work. He is reliable, responsive and always on time. Can't recommend Cesar more highly!"
