With respect to the foundation spray, they are to spray up and down 2-3 feet around the entire home. The technician did not even remove the sprayer from the van. In raising the concern to Greenix, Two phone calls with a call center only resulted in their reading of a script with no attempt to actually resolve the issue. A third call with someone who is presumably in a position with Greenix, resulted in his stating that the technician indicated proof of applications byway of documented usage of quantity of chemicals. "I received a one-time service for a termite problem at my home - Charged over $700 for the one-time service. I did NOT sign nor even verbally agree to a monthly contract + to my surprise of course I receive a bill stating otherwise. I have been reaching out the company multiple times via phone + chat yet NO ONE seems to respond. The customer service is absolutely horrendous. I can't even receive a simple response. And how do you charge for a contract I did not agree or sign for. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS - They are a fraud charging you for something you did not agree to."
