Ray was confident in the work that he was doing but yet very approachable and answered all of questions and concerns appropriately. Even though something wasn't originally included in the bid/price Ray agreed to do fix a small part on the outside of my door, it was something that I wasn't expecting yet he went above any beyond. As someone who is a new homeowner Ray helped me choose the right door people and has suggested flooring people as well to talk to. The work I had done involved taking out some walls and making the kitchen larger. The drywall into plaster is really remarkable, the whole thing is really remarkable compared to when I bought the house. I will definitely find a way to get Every on another project."

"Wow!!! Varies individuals write reviews when they’ve experienced horrible services or the service provider operated below the level of expectation. This is not the case with my review. Tanner Welsh was nothing but amazing. My desire was to change my stairs from carpet to hardwood. This job is not only and investment but if done incorrectly could be the worst nightmare ever. I saw warning pictures from other people who didn’t hire the correct company and I became very hesitant. I went to several home improvement sites and found Tanner’s company. I hired him for the job and currently I’m 100% satisfied. He was very professional. He completed the job in a timely manner. He’s trustworthy. I left him and his partner in my house without supervision for almost two weeks and no mishaps. Tanner if I could I would give you 10 stars. You’re compassionate about your work and it shows. "There wasn’t one thing that we didn’t enjoy and appreciate about hiring Halm & Perkins to do a complete renovation of our East Lansing condo. Joe and Lisa and their entire team were very professional and thoughtful and went above and beyond to help us with every detail. Originally, we were anxious about being able to find people that we could trust to create a design and suggest ideas that would work best for us and the space. From the first interview meeting Joe & Lisa our fears were assuaged and we liked them immediately. They made the entire process from start to finish easy. Both Joe and Lisa even got my husband’s quirky sense of humor and ran with it, keeping us all laughing. We did not expect to have so much fun with a renovation! When they didn’t know the answers they had experts to consult. I often felt like we were on an episode of HGTV’s “Fixer Upper” with Chip & Joanna Gaines.
