"I can't believe how smoothly this repair went! Everyone at Falcone--the schedulers who arranged our estimate visit and the repair work, the foundation experts who repaired the porch, the finance people who explained the estimate and our final bill--every single one of them was helpful, prompt, courteous, and great at their jobs. The county inspector who reviewed the porch repair even made a point of telling us what high quality work the Falcone people had done for us! I would definitely call them again! The foundation had cracked away from the main house and the slab was cracked and sliding apart at different angles. The men from Falcone excavated, cleaned, and prepped the job site, including washing the bottom section of the slab to promote bonding when the new concrete was poured. Then they poured a porch perimeter slab wall under the slab to stabilize the foundation. In addition, they installed a backer rod and applied concrete sealant to re-connect the porch foundation to house and prevent additional damage."

A portion of crack in garage floor had dropped as well as a couple sections of driveway with many cracks. Driveway and garage floor level and all cracks filled. "We made several calls to top-rated Angie's List companies to bid on pouring a ~180ft residential driveway. Morales Concrete came in with a competitive bid and also was able to meet our desire for custom coloring, which was the deciding factor for us. Ricardo was very pleasant and professional and proved to be a master of his craft. The only thing concerning to me was that he did not prepare an official contract, payment terms, or other documentation. While, in this day and age, I would not take those chances, his official Angie's List reviews proved to me I had nothing to worry about, and was why we moved forward. In a way, it was almost refreshing - reminiscent of the simpler days when you hired local mom and pops with a handshake and gentleman's agreement. The lack of fine print and contractual loopholes to determine was therapeutic in a way. We were very impressed with the end result, and was actually better than we anticipated. Ricardo and his team are very skilled craftsmen, artistic even. A few weeks later, we had Riccardo come back out and do a couple small concrete projects, and we will be contacting him for any/all future concrete work, as well as recommending him to others. "We have lived in this house about a year.  (The house is 12 years old).   When we bought the house the inspection report noted that there were cracks in the masonry due to normal settlement.  The inspection report noted that these should be repaired to prevent water penetration.  Doug did a full inspection of the exterior of the house to locate all cracks in bricks and masonry.
It went very well.  All the work done was outside we had a couple of delays due to weather - Severe thunderstorms.
Doug and his crew arrived on time and had all the work done in short order.
The job site was cleaned up and my back porch was much cleaner after they left than it was before they started!
