Our founder, Nick Sagnella, has been designing and installing exterior drainage systems since 2012 in the context of lawn renovations and sod installations. Through his experience, he realized there is a need for more honesty and transparency in the drainage industry. Once pipes are buried, it's difficult to know if there's a problem until it stops moving water, We provide video documentation of every project (with your permission) so you know for sure that your system is what we say it is.

"From first conversation to completion, my husband and I are so happy with the final product! The entire team is communicative, detailed, fast and efficient. We are so please with the work they did and have already recommended them to many people! We LOVE our backyard so much more now and looking at the perfect new fence feels like a breath of fresh air. It’s so nice having multiple gates now, too, which makes maintaining our huge yard much easier."

"Excellent experience. Hard workers who care about doing a great job. The crew of three worked quickly removing a very large, unsafe and decaying pergola (100' x 20') from the rear of the house that had wiring running through it. They also hauled away a large pile of brush and yard debris I had piled up over the last seven months. This was all done in basically under 8 hours."

"We have a rescue dog (blue tick/lab mix) that continually jumps/climbs our fence. We have tried different type of fencing, barriers, shrubs, etc. to no avail. Dog Watchers came out within a week of calling, installed the fence, trained the various members of the household. Still in "training" mode, but both dogs will not go beyond the designated areas. Trainer was very specific on steps. Both dogs experienced "corrections". Boxer only needed one zap. Will NOT go past the flags. Rescue dog, we had to go up on the level of correction twice the first day of training. That was it. Two weeks and still good. No problems so far."

"Highly recommend Stronghold Fence. Shopped around and received a few quotes, read reviews, and chose Stronghold. Very easy to work with; showed up when promised; did fantastic work. Installers went above and beyond and even adjusted a gate on part of the fence they didn’t install."

"Excellent repair job with absolutely no complaints. This review is after posting a 3 star review a few days ago for not returning my phone calls. I was contacted on Monday and given an apology with explanation that the company had been short staffed and had tried to contact me earlier, apparently the call going to my Spam box. On 12-14-22, Tyler arrived at 11 AM and immediately went to work to locate the trouble with my underground dog fence. Apparently several breaks were located and repaired, about a 2 hour job. Tyler was very professional and apologetic for not getting out sooner and reduced my service bill by 50% for any inconvenience experienced. I tried to remove the earlier comments posted a few days back but was unsuccessful, thus this new review. Outstanding and pleased with the repair."

"Our dog had been moving closer and closer to the Invisible Fence boundary without the collar activating. I tested the collar by removing it from the dog's neck and passing it over the wire. The collar only beeped when within 3 inches of the wire, so my first step was to change out the battery. I tested the collar again, but got the same results. I opened the invisible fence controller and noted that the SATURATION light was red and the main controller light was not green-and-flashing, but rather green-and-solid. Usually a green-and-solid light indicates a wire break, but the alarm was not sounding. Hmmmm. So, I pressed the reset buttons below the saturation light. Within 10 minutes, the alarm was sounding! Aha. Now I knew I had a line break. I started walking the yard perimeter, but there was no obvious breaks to be seen. Since the wire is buried, I figured that the landscaper had broke the wire with the aerator in October, and his crew had silenced the alarm, but did not tell anybody about it. I judged them wrongly, however, as you will see. I called Invisible Fence on Monday, and they agreed to send their technician out on Tuesday to find and repair the break. But, with luck on my side, the technician called me within an hour, telling me that he had some unexpected free time yet on Monday. I was at work, but no problem, I did not need to be onsite during the repair because I had already provided by credit card number over the phone. The technician found the break. Apparently, the high rain water had washed away the dirt in the ditch where the wire crossed from the street through my horse pasture, exposing the wire, and leaving the wire vulnerable to the steel-shoed hooves of the horses. The technician repaired the break, reset my system, and both called me and left me with a written report. The system works well again, and I am very pleased with the expediency and the hassle-free service. In the future, I will still try to diagnose any system issues myself using the owners manual, but I will call upon these guys for the service. <br />"
