Thirty years experience.

"Johnny and Mark were amazing and extremely knowledgeable. Johnny saved our barn and rescued the project after it had been destroyed by a prior incompetent hire. We are so thankful for his kindness and skills. Hands down we would use him again. Highly recommend to keep your property safe and well kept."

We help bring your dream kitchen or bathroom to life. Our process starts with a free in-home consultation. This is where you tell us about what works and doesn't work with your current space and the "needs", "wants" and "wishes" for the renovation. Once we have that info, we'll share our initial design ideas, budget estimates and what's doable and unrealistic for your plan. If you like our ideas and budget, we can move on to the design phase when you are ready. During the desin phase we measure your space, go through an initial review of any applicable building codes create a floor plan, elevations and 3D renderings to help you visualize the finished project. Each time you like a design, we'll give you a fixed price for that project. Typically after 1-3 revisions we're ready to move into the permitting and construction phase when YOU give us the go ahead. These projects are almost always disruptive and not too fun, but we try to make them as painless as possible by eliminating as many surprises as we can on the front end and keeping you up to date, via our scheduling app, when changes happen (and they always do). Thanks for reading about us and we look forward to meeting you and learning about your project.

FAQs for elevator installation and replacement projects in Charlotte, NC

With proper maintenance and regular professional inspections, a quality shaftless elevator can provide reliable service for many years. The system's longevity depends largely on usage patterns, maintenance frequency, and component quality.

Establishing a relationship with a qualified service provider and following the manufacturer's maintenance recommendations can significantly extend your elevator's functional lifespan and ensure continued safe operation.

Standard homeowners’ insurance policies may provide limited coverage for damage to elevator equipment caused by covered perils such as fire or severe weather, but often exclude mechanical failures or normal wear.

Before installation, contact your insurance provider to understand coverage limitations and determine whether you need additional protection. Most insurers require notification when adding an elevator to your home, and some may adjust your premium accordingly.

Residential elevator systems require dedicated electrical circuits with appropriate voltage to operate safely and reliably. The specific power requirements vary by manufacturer and model. Before installation, a qualified electrician should evaluate your home's electrical system to determine whether upgrades are necessary to support the elevator's operation, including any backup power systems that might be recommended for safety during outages.

Weight capacity varies by manufacturer and model, with most residential systems designed to accommodate one or two passengers safely. The elevator's documentation will specify maximum weight limits, which should never be exceeded for safety reasons.

If you need to transport heavier loads or accommodate mobility devices, discuss these requirements with your elevator provider to ensure you select an appropriately rated system.
