"I called with a question regarding what I thought may be a support beam that is blocking access to repair a jetted bathtub.  I needed an expert opinion before considering letting a handyman remove it.   Blake came out to my house personally, crawled into my tiny storage closet, moved insulation (without gloves lol) assessed the situation and assured me that it was OK to allow them to cut it.  He did not charge me and would not let me pay him.  Nicest guy you could want working in your home and we will without a doubt call him for any major projects we may need or want in the future.

"Noel is VERY is prompt with his responses via email.  He does all he can to work his schedule around the needs of his clients, which was VERY appreciated by this two career, two small kids family, one dog family!  He's comfortable around dogs (ours is pretty well-behaved).  Dog door is LOVED by our lab, who's seen the box sitting outside by the garage door for six months!  We're excited that there won't be anymore scratch marks on the outside of the garage door...and it looks sharp with its new paint job.  The bathroom ceilings both have lights and vents which Noel expertly navigated around...no spills...looking great.  The small bathroom (25 sq feet) has lots of obstacles including crown moldings, base moldings, and a light...not to mention the toilet and sink.  I did remove all the switchplates, shelving, mirror, toilet paper ring, towel ring, etc, prior to Noel's arrival.  It looks well better than average...no paint on the crown molding.  However, there are some spots that I'll need to touch up later due to lack of coverage, some touch up of the base molding, some small streaks of rose colored paint on the hardwood floor that I was able to remove with minimal effort.  Caveat: I am a detail oriented painter with super high standards and its a small not well lit half bath...so I'd bet that many folks would have considered this a perfect job.   I most appreciated Noel's prompt, effective communication, on time arrival, ability to complete his tasks easily within the day, and fully clean up after himself.    He offered multiple times for me to call and he'd fix anything I didn't find exactly right...the small, small issues in the half bath are super easy for me to fix...and I'd never make him come back out here to do them.  It's just a great relief to have all done that tasks on my long time to do list done so quickly with no remaining mess!!!  I WOULD hire Noel again to complete the list of tasks that I just can't seem to get done over months!!

"Our sunroom was, in every respect, completed above and beyond our highest expectations.  Dan, the carpenter, was extremely talented and made suggestions that improved our thinking on various aspects of the project as he went along.  Omar was truly a perfectionist at his job of drywalling and flooring.  If there was an imperfection, Omar immediately relined the area and made the appropriate corrections.  Carlos and his assistant finished the job with a perfect paint job.  Having never met any of these gentlemen prior to working on our sunroom, I was 100 per cent dependent on their ability, honesty and professionalism.  Not once did they ever let me down, but often they made suggestions that improved the project without adding additional cost.  Both my wife and I were impressed at how each person took a person interest in the project as if it was being done in their own homes.
Jay, the company representative, was the perfect link between the job and company.  He came often to the job site and always informed us in person, via e-mail or a telephone call if there was a new person coming on the job, an unforeseen delay (usually because of inspectors) or material delivery.  Jay's explanation of why something was being done a certain way, always made sense and was spelled out so we clearly understood why a procedure would benefit us and add value to the project.
Even though I was not given the option of assigning an A+ for various aspects of this project, I would have done so if given the opportunity.  In fact, we have already discussed having the company do another project for us next year.
Again, this is an honest review.  I never met anyone at the company prior to contacting them about the sunroom.
